Where can I park my car?

Can someone pick me up at the train station?
Lovely that you’re arriving by train! Simply inform us of your arrival time in advance, and for a fee we can arrange a pickup.
I drive an electric car – can I charge it at Sonnenburg?
Yes! At Sonnenburg, an electric charging station with two connections and an output of 22kW is available to guests who travel by electric vehicle. So you can recharge quickly and easily.
Will I get the Südtirol Guest Pass?
As a guest at Sonnenburg, you’ll receive the Südtirol Guest Pass upon check-in, which is valid for the duration of your stay. This not only allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge, but also to benefit from a wide range of offers to explore the culture, sports, and nature.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Your room or suite awaits you from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room no later than 10.30 a.m.
Would you like an early check-in or late check-out? Depending on availability, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request.
How’s the breakfast at Sonnenburg?
Every morning at Sonnenburg starts with a bountiful breakfast. From homemade jams and flaky pastries to fresh fruit, sausages, and cheese specialities, you’ll find everything that makes a delicious start to your day. We’ll serve your cooked-to-order egg dishes at the table, as well as cappuccino and other coffee creations. Good morning!

My dog wants to come with me – is that okay?
Since Sonnenburg is a hotel that has been certified safe for allergy sufferers, unfortunately your furry friends are not allowed. We thank all of our two- and four-legged friends for their understanding!
How do you calculate the different rates for the rooms and suites?

Do I have to pay a tourist tax?
A tourist tax is charged for all guests aged 14 and over. The tax is €3.40 per person per night and is not included in the rates.
I’d like to book room 204 – is that possible?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve a specific room or floor. You choose the room category, and we’ll take care of the rest.
I have to cancel – now what?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before departure.

Between 30 and 15 days before arrival | 50% of the total booking amount will be charged |
Between 14 and 8 days before arrival | 60% of the total booking amount will be charged |
Within 7 days before arrival | 70% of the total booking amount will be charged. |
In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show | 90% of the rate for the unused nights will be charged. |
