The evening begins with a fine starter from the buffet, which prepares your palate for the upcoming delicacies.Perhaps beef carpaccio, tender and thinly sliced, refined with a touch of olive oil and fresh herbs. Or a salad from the vegetable garden, which delights both the taste buds and the eyes.

The third course is likely a pasta dish that showcases the creativity of the kitchen team.The homemade Schlutzkrapfen, filled with ricotta and spinach, finished with brown butter and Parmesan, are poetry! (And the favourite dish of host Patrick. He won’t reveal the recipe, though. Not yet …)
